Recipe: Easy Chicken Pot Pie



4 Cooked chicken breasts
12 oz Frozen Corn
12 oz Frozen Peas
21 oz Chicken gravy (I used two 10.5 oz cans)
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blends seasoning (or any chicken seasoning of your choice)
9”Rolled pie crust ( I used 2 to cover my entire pot pie)

Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F. Using kitchen shears, cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces. In your chosen baking dish, lightly spray the dish with a cooking spray. Now combine gravy, peas and corn. Once you have a even blend, add your chicken pieces into the dish and mix together until well distributed. Take your seasoning, and yet again mix into your pot pie mixture. Now unroll your pie crusts, and place the crust on top of your pot pie mixture. If you need to use 2 rolls, you can either cut the 2nd into a size you need, or simply just lay it over the other with some bits overlapping. Take a fork and poke holes into the top of the pie crust in various spots over the pie for steam to be released. Finally place this into your oven for 1 hour. Once cooked, allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving!

This dish can be used to stretch for a couple meals, and tastes wonderfully being reheated in a microwave.
