Review: Dr. Kay's Back Brace

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I have a job where I am on my feet all day, doing lots of heavy lifting, and bending quite often. So it's no surprise that I suffer from back pain. I have seen plenty of people at work wearing back braces, but never really gave it much thought to try one for myself.

I was very excited to try the Dr. Kay's Back Brace and test it on the job. When I got to work I simply wrapped it around me and it fit nicely. Snug and form fitting almost. The first thing I immediately noticed was my posture. My spine was better aligned and my stance was much straighter. Wearing it during the work day, I noticed I was lifting things differently too, in a way that made the back pain less existent. This back brace also has a removable lumbar pad which I did test around with and I found that keeping it in the brace. While moving around at work, I never once had a issue of the brace slipping, rolling up, or any sort of movement. By the end of the work day, I had noticed a huge difference in how my body felt. My back wasn't nearly as sore as it usually gets after a long day. I used it for a few more days at work, and noticed by the 4th day, my back pain was almost unnoticeable.

Dr. Kay's Back Brace feels very strong and sturdy, the fabric is tough and it really provides that support you need throughout the day. However it doesn't restrict you from movement, or make you feel like you can't move. It's the perfect combo of durability and comfortFits waist sizes 28"-50" (71-127 cm).

So what is my overall rating? 5 stars!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
