I have been looking for ways to bring a bit more fitness into my life that I can do at home, at my convenience. I have never used a workout program before, so this was all very new to me. At first I was afraid that it would be too much for me, and after almost a month in, I now know that isn't the case!

I am going to start off by saying that I have modified this a bit to fit my own personal needs. I started off week #1 with doing 1 workout per week. Once I got into routine with that, and felt comfortable, I am currently at the 3 workouts per week. I use the charts provided more as a guide rather than a must follow. That is what I love about this program. I can easily modify it to fit my personal needs. I can take the time to focus on my struggles and improve at my own pace. I'm not so much using this for the whole "90 days" thing, I'm using it more long term. Slow and steady will win the race for me! The workouts are great, and the way that they show you how to do them is fantastic. They show one person doing a modified workout, and the other is doing the workout that the instructor is doing. Although this program is "by moms for moms", it is still great for those of us who aren't mothers. We all can benefit from these workouts.

I am just barely a month into this program (20 days), so I am still in the early stages of progress. I am not weighing, or measuring myself until I hit the 30 day mark, so I am unsure of my stats. However I feel and see a difference already. My jeans are fitting better, not so tight. My body feels so much better than it did just a few weeks ago. I feel like I am on the right path!

I give this a full recommendation to any women, of any size, of any age to try. Don't be afraid thinking that you won't be able to keep up, or do the workouts. You can easily adjust things to work for you!
