MY THOUGHTS AND REVIEW:
Having fresh breath is a must for me. When I was introduced to these ForeverMints, I knew it would be right up my alley! The mints are very small in size, and you can easily fit them between your cheek and gum, or under your tongue comfortably. During the day 1 of the mints will last for 2-3 hours, and at night, it lasts me almost the entire night through.

As I said the mints are small, and within minutes of being in your mouth and mixing with your saliva, they change their texture, and have a softer feel to them on the outside. This is what really makes them comfortable to stay in your mouth for such long periods of time. The mint itself is pretty strong, but not overbearing. It doesn't have that sugary, sweet mint taste that you find in most supermarket and drugstore breath mints. I actually quite prefer my mints not to be sweet, so this is perfect to me.

I usually use these once a day, either in the morning after breakfast and I've brushed my teeth, I will take one and head off to work. Other times I will use it shortly after dinner, and go to bed with it. I wake up with minty fresh breath!

The hardest thing about these mints is fighting the urge to chew it! I guess old habits die hard! Overall I am a fan of these, and give them my full recommendation!

Please note that I was sent this product complimentary to try out in my home in order to share my honest experience, thoughts and review.
