Diet Diaries #8 : Weeks 9 & 10

The past few weeks have been crazy busy for me with work, and then trying to do my blogging. My weight loss blogs got to be a bit of a hassle with the every week posting. So I am changing up my schedule for a bit, doing them bi-weekly. It won't be like this forever, but just until my schedule slows down, then I'll be back with weekly updates!

Weeks 9 and 10 went pretty smoothly. I have fully stopped using a calorie tracker, and instead I just make healthy, wise choices.

Week 9 I lost 1 pound, and this week I lost 2 pounds! Now bringing my total weight loss to 18 pounds! I am so close to the 20 pound mile stone!

This week my goal is to drink more water, since this week I was kind of slacking.

I also hurt my foot somehow, so working out has not been an option. Hopefully it gets feeling better soon so I can get back on track!
