Diet Diaries #9 | I've Lost 20+ Pounds!

Hello lovies! I am sorry for the delay in getting this blog posted. I honestly just forgot about it until tonight.

This bi-weekly weigh in was a big one for me. I officially lost over 20 pounds now and I could not be more excited.

I am still working my foot back up, and haven't been working out as I was. I have a vacation coming up in July and I don't want to do anything to mess with my foot. Next week I am going to give my workouts a shot again, but still very slow and taking my time. I won't lie, the fact that I haven't been able to keep up with my steady workouts did kinda set me back a bit. I thought that it was going to be the end of the world. But it wasn't. And isn't. I'm getting there. Bit by bit.

Anyways, this bi-weekly weigh in brought my grand total to 21 pounds lost! I have 20 more pounds to lose before I hit one of my major goals, so that is what I am striving for!

I will have a video coming up soon talking about my weight loss, and everything I have been going through. Stay tuned!
