Everlast VP is blended to promote lean muscle growth and recovery using the highest grade yellow pea, rice and hemp proteins available.
Many individuals have considered switching to or augmenting their diet with plant protein. After all, it is easier to digest and avoids any concerns associated with animal proteins like whey. The problem, plant-based proteins have been considered to provide a less effective amino acid profile. Also their taste is typically harder to take than a high altitude workout.
Everlast VP is the solution.

Finally, a vegan protein that is quickly digested and delivered to muscles reducing the catabolic effect of training.

As most of you are aware, I am on a weight loss journey. I also have been changing my lifestyle and becoming more active, running being something I am starting to get into. I have done a lot of reasearch, and protein is something I have found to be a big game changer in my weight loss. I eat a higher protein diet that I was before, and the pounds have been coming off. I have been using protein shakes and supplements, and have made them a staple in my routine.

This was my first time trying a vegan protein shake. I'll be honest, most vegan food frightens me, simply because many things I have tried just don't taste right. I was up in the air about how this would taste. The flavor is Light Vanilla flavor, and it tasted wonderful. It reminded me of a vegan sugar cookie I tried once, it was delicious! It really didn't taste much different than the regular non vegan protein shakes I'm use to. I normally mix my protein shakes with milk because I like to have the added calcium, however with this I tried it true vegan style, and just mixed it with cold water. Taste wise, it was a big 2 thumbs up! Making the drink was easy as well. I have a shaker cup and that worked fantastic. I had to shake for about 45 seconds to get the powder completely dissolved. It was slighty harder to mix than other shakes, but really nothing to complain about. I used my shake as a meal replacement, had it for lunch, and it kept me full for a good 4 hours.

I find this to be a wonderful protein shake for anyone, not just those who are vegan. Anyone can benefit from the benefits it has to offer.
